Wondering right place for food donation? Check these trusted sources to donate excess food.

Praying before eating was a very normal habit that was taught to us by our parents. Growing up with that, I realised how important valuing food is when many people are deprived of this basic source of living.
As per the studies, up to 40% of the food in India is wasted, and social events like parties and marriages have been the biggest sources of food wastage.
Presently, the world generates enough food to feed twice the world’s population, but improper food distribution and food wastage have caused billions of people to sleep hungry. This would not have been a major problem if we had all become responsible enough and stopped wasting food.
But as it is said, there’s always a way out. The amount of excess food you have from your parties or other social gatherings can be fed to the ones in need. And to help you with this, there are several people or organisations working to ensure your excess food gets delivered to the ones in need.
